Standard tools manufactured by Ferree’s Tools include a one-year limited warranty against defects. Eligible standard products may be returned within 30 days of the invoice date with an approved RMA number. Returns after 30 days may incur a restocking fee, and returns are not accepted after 180 days. Custom-manufactured products cannot be returned.

Most in-stock products are prepared within 24 hours and shipped within 48 hours. Free standard shipping is available worldwide, with processing fees of $10 for domestic orders, $20 for Canada and Mexico, and $30 for other international destinations. Chemicals must ship by ground and cannot be shipped overseas. Expedited shipping is available for an additional charge.

These are the round springs like the ones used by most manufacturer's student instruments today. Rust proof with smoother, more fluid action. Each spring comes pre-flattened on one end. The other end can be cut to the required length.
