Most in-stock items are prepared within 24 hours and shipped within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Processing and shipping times may be longer for custom products, out-of-stock items, chemical products or orders requiring additional information.
Orders are shipped using the most economical available method based on the destination, package size and order contents.

Shipping fees are not refundable once an order has been processed.
Customers may request a specific shipping carrier or expedited service, including next-day shipping.
If you select a specific carrier or expedited service, you will be responsible for the full shipping cost. Contact our customer service team before placing your order to discuss availability and estimated charges.
Expedited shipping does not necessarily reduce the time needed to process or prepare an order.
Federal transportation regulations require chemical products to be shipped by ground transportation.
Chemicals cannot be shipped overseas. International customers may choose to work with an authorized freight forwarder in the United States that can legally handle chemical shipments. The customer is responsible for making these arrangements and paying all related costs.
Orders containing chemicals may have limited carrier and delivery options.
Ferree’s Tools covers the standard shipping cost for eligible international orders. Customers are responsible for all other charges associated with importing and receiving the shipment, including:
These charges are determined by the destination country or carrier and are not included in the order total paid to Ferree’s Tools.
Delivery times may be affected by customs processing, local carrier delays and other circumstances outside our control.
If you refuse to accept an order and the carrier returns the package to Ferree’s Tools, a refund will be issued after the returned package is received and inspected. Return postage and any additional carrier charges will be deducted from the refund.
If a refused or undeliverable package is not returned to Ferree’s Tools, no refund will be issued.
This policy applies to all domestic and international shipments.
