Any return must have an RMA #.  Please contact the office to receive this number.

  • We appreciate your business and want you to be 100% satisfied.  If for any reason you need to return our products you must do so within 30 days in order to get a full refund.  Any return after 30 days is subject to a restocking fee determined by the amount of the order, condition of the item and age of the item being returned.
  • Returns are not accepted for any item after 180 days from the invoice date.
  • Returns are not accepted for any item that was manufactured per your instructions and are not our standard tools.
  • Any standard tool manufactured at Ferree’s is warranted to be free from defect for a period of 1 year.  We will at our discretion repair or replace your tool.  You must return the tool to Ferree’s for this warranty to be valid.
  • We will refund shipping cost to return the item if it is within the 30 day timeframe.  If it is beyond the 30 days the customer pays return shipping.  If the item is damaged during return shipping we will charge you for the repair of the damage.  Shop rate is 90.00/hr.

ORDERING GUIDELINES
  • Phone orders are taken Monday through Friday 8:30am – 3:00pm Eastern Standard Time
  • Fax and email orders can be sent anytime and will be processed on the next business day. 
  • Web store orders are taken 24/7/365 and will be processed on the next business day. 
  • There is a $25.00 minimum for all orders.
  • Changes to orders after they are placed will be subject to a 15.00 handling fee.
  • Rush orders are accepted and will ship same day if placed before 11:00am or next day if placed after 11:00am (est).  Rush fees are listed below

PAYMENT OPTIONS
  • ALL orders must be paid for in advance of shipping unless you have established an account. 
  • Credit Card     
    •  Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express are  accepted.
  • PayPal             
    • Use your PayPal account to pay directly from your bank.  We can use this for net 30 customers as well.
  • Chk in Advance 
    • If you wish to pay by check we will email you an invoice for your order.  Your order will not ship until the payment has cleared the bank.  This could result in delayed shipping.
  • Open Accts        
    • All open accounts are subject to credit approval.  If you have not placed an order in over a year your account will be reviewed prior to shipping a new order.  Strict 30 day terms for all open accounts.

  • Prices are in U.S. Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  • Discounts are listed on the web store for bulk purchases of certain items.
  • Quotes are valid for 30 days.  No exceptions.
 
SHIPPING
  • We offer Free Shipping on all orders.
  • We do charge a handling fee which is far less than the shipping cost)
  • We will ship your orders the most economical way. 
  • If you choose to pick your carrier, or next day shipping on your orders you WILL be charged the shipping cost.
  • Because of Federal Laws chemicals must ship via ground transportation.
  • Chemicals cannot be shipped overseas.
  • International Shipments - we DO NOT cover the import duties/taxes charged by other countries, nor do we cover the extra carrier cost if imposed on the International shipment.
  • If you refuse to accept your order from the carrier for any reason and it is returned to us you will get a refund minus the return postage when it is received.  This apples to all domestic and International shipments.
  • If you refuse to accept your order from the carrier for any reason and it is not returned to us, you will not get a refund of your order.  This applies to all domestic and International shipments
 
RETURN POLICY
Any return must have an RMA #.  Please contact the office to receive this number.
  • We appreciate your business and want you to be 100% satisfied.  If for any reason you need to return our products you must do so within 30 days in order to get a full refund.  Any return after 30 days is subject to a restocking fee determined by the amount of the order, condition of the item and age of the item being returned.  Freight for the return is not always refunded.  We determine this on a case by case basis.
  • Returns are not accepted for any item after 180 days from the invoice date.
  • Returns are not accepted for any item that was manufactured per your instructions and are not our standard tools.
  • Any standard tool manufactured at Ferree’s is warranted to be free from defect for a period of 1 year.  We will at our discretion repair or replace your tool.  You must return the tool to Ferree’s for this warrant to be valid.
