Your favorite P60 Rotary Valve Bearing Tool now has optional metric sized collets. These new collet sizes are 5mm, 6mm and 7mm and are numbered accordingly. Now we can use it to swedge loose hinge tubes on tuba and French horn lever keys, as well as some bassoons and larger saxophones. This tool is also used to shrink and/or repair French style open tone hole flute grommets. Collets can shrink approximately .030" from stated size. |
